This is for a position to sell exclusive original artwork within the health care setting. This includes: Hospitals, physician groups, clinics, individual surgeons and specialists, laboratory researchers, principal investigators of clinical research, endowments, biotechnology firms, pharmaceutical companies, universities, individual professionals within the health care environment, and research funding sources.
Your primary product will be paintings and sculptures that fit within the ethos of science. This includes special BioArt pieces, and artwork relating to medicine, pharmaceutical botanical, research, and technology. Your secondary pool of products will be original artwork that is not within the realm of science. The sales process will mimic your experience within the pharmaceutical industry.
Original artwork categorized as medical art will be exclusively yours to sell without in-house, external sales, or online retailers competition for a limited period of time based on your past performance metrics. Furthermore, you will also have access to original artwork that is not placed online to ensure that our sales consultants meet minimums without undue competitive online strain.
Although we prefer an individual with extensive experience selling pharmaceuticals and devices to physicians, this position can be accepted by an individual, gallery, artist, interior designer, art director, art manager, private estate planner, or general contracting firm reselling artwork. Contract specifics, benefits, and position hiring status will be commensurate with your status. (i.e. work from home, full employee, 10-99, sub-contractor, etc.)
Regardless, you must be a professional self starter who is experienced working with high-end clientele in a gallery or luxury setting and knows how to close a sale with high-end goods and multiple decision makers.

Qualifications:
* Proven experience in developing new business, repeat business and managing a sales territory.
* Must understand the medical industry (hierarchy of staffing, paging services, physicians, surgeons, and group practices. Medical group investment strategies, research practices, endowment strategies, fiscal year constraints, and research budgets/grants processes, public relations costs, press releases practices, and medical terminology.)
